The shell, the locks and the wheels — for as long as you own it.

A case built to last a lifetime should be guaranteed for one. If a component fails in normal travel, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Covered

• The aluminium shell and its structure
• The TSA combination locks
• The wheels and the telescopic handle
• Manufacturing defects of any kind

Not covered

• Cosmetic scratches and patina — that is the point of aluminium
• Damage from an airline or a courier (claim with them; we will help)
• Deliberate damage or modification

The warranty is ours, not a third party's, and it stays with the case for as long as you own it.
